Users must be at least 13 years old to register for an account.
True, accurate, and complete information must be provided at registration and kept up to date.
Account credentials must be safeguarded by the account holder; responsibility for all activity under an account rests with the account holder.
use of the Services

open-source software & intellectual property
Software license:
Software published via the Services is provided under the license stated with each project (for example, MIT, Apache, GPL).
Use of that software is governed by the applicable open-source license terms.
Site content:
Trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and other website materials are protected by intellectual property law.
Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works from site content is restricted except where permission or an applicable license allows it.

Software and Services are provided on an “AS IS” basis. No guarantee is provided that software or Services will meet specific needs or be error-free.
No obligation to provide support is assumed unless explicitly stated for a particular project or feature.

Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
Continued use after updates are posted will be taken as acceptance of the revised Terms.
governing law & disputes
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought only in the courts with jurisdiction over the claimant's place of residence, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
